I just wanted to tell you how many compliments I receive on the tanzanite and diamond ring I purchased there about three years ago. Whenever I wear it, it is immediately noticed and they always ask where I got it. They love the depth of color in the tanzanite and the lovely sparkle of the near colorless diamonds. I think they feel the same way when they see it as I did that day in your store. I was just out in a dark bar type venue Saturday night when a group of women noticed it again. Raj is great as well as his mother at the shop in the Havensight Mall. My wife and I have made several purchases from them over the past 4-5 years and have been completely satisfied. The latest venture on our cruise 28 Feb - 06 Mar 2009 was with Raj at the store on Main. My wife had recently had a mounting made at a home town jeweler for a 1.5 carat blue diamond and we were looking for a wedding band to compliment it . When Raj saw what she had he immediately came out with a new mounting for her original diamond and a suggestion for a band to match. He said he could have the original diamond set within a hour and that the band could be made and we would receive it within about 3 days after our return home. With our confidence in Raj and his business we agreed to the deal and went on our way. We came back in about 45 minutes and he had her ring ready and it displayed her original diamond so much better than the original ring my wife was amazed. We returned home and 2 days later the band arrived with complete satisfaction. Dear Raj, I just wanted to send a “Thank You” for everything you did to help me with my fiancee’s engagement ring. I must say that I was a little worried trying to get this task accomplished over the internet and telephone. But let me tell you… when I finally received the ring via the mail, I was most surprised at the exquisite beauty of the piece. Attention all Shoppers!

If anyone is looking to buy jewelry, I highly recommend Dynasty Dazzlers Jewelers located in St.Thomas (They are not affiliated with any businesses in any other Caribbean Islands).

I bought a diamond ring in this store in 1998 at a huge discount from local prices. Due to the fact that I wore he ring constantly, one of the diamond bagets fell out and was lost. I contacted Dynasty and they replaced the diamond, shined and polished the ring and returned it to me. All within one week (during the Christmas rush)! And to top it off, they did not charge one cent for this service! I was fully expecting to pay as I had purchased the ring so long ago!

I knew they were a reputable company when I purchased the ring and I am totally happy with their customer service. If you are buying jewelry, and have trepidations about buying on an island, this store is for you. I hope you have the same experience I did!

We no longer buy “important” jewelry anywhere else. The 11 carat sapphire bracelet that we bought in St. Thomas, continues to exceed our expectations.
